Order Lines by Shipment
View order lines grouped by shipment to track fulfilment progress.
When an order is split across multiple shipments, the Order Lines section of the order detail page groups lines under their respective shipment cards. Each shipment card summarises the shipment's status and key logistics details, and expands to show the full line list and shipment metadata.
Orders that have not yet been assigned to a shipment show their lines in a separate Order lines without shipment card at the bottom.
Shipment cards
Each shipment is shown as a collapsible card labelled Shipment 1, Shipment 2, and so on in the order they were created.
Status badge
The card header includes a coloured badge indicating the current shipment state:
| Badge | Colour | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Pending | Orange | Shipment created, not yet dispatched |
| Shipped | Blue | Shipment has been dispatched |
| Completed | Green | Shipment has been delivered |
| Cancelled | Red | Shipment has been cancelled |
Summary chips
Directly below the shipment title, a row of chips shows the most useful logistics details at a glance — without needing to expand the card:
| Chip | Icon | When shown |
|---|---|---|
| Shipping method label | Truck | When a shipping method is assigned |
| Warehouse code | — | When a warehouse is set |
| Expected delivery date | — | When an expected delivery date is recorded |
| Tracking number | — | When a tracking number is available |
Expanding a shipment card
Tap the chevron (down arrow) on the right side of the card header to expand or collapse the card.
When expanded, the card shows:
- Shipment Details — a collapsible section of metadata fields (see below)
- Order line rows — the individual product lines assigned to this shipment
Tap the chevron again to collapse the card.
Shipment Details section
Inside each expanded shipment card, a Shipment Details section shows the full set of recorded metadata. Tap the section header to expand or collapse it.
The fields are laid out in a responsive grid (1 column on narrow screens, 2 or 3 columns on wider screens). Only fields that have a value are shown.

Sub-sections
Below the grid, additional sub-sections appear when the relevant data is present:
Pickup Point — shown when the order is collected from a pickup location. Fields include the pickup point name, address, and opening hours.
Shipping Address — the delivery address for this shipment. Fields include name, address lines, postal code, city, region, and country.
Contact Person — the recipient's contact details (name, phone, email).
External IDs — a list of external system references linked to this shipment (for example, ERP or WMS identifiers).
Packages — individual parcels within the shipment, each showing weight and dimensions (length x width x height).
Discounts — any shipment-level discounts applied, showing the discount name and amount.
Order lines without shipment
At the bottom of the order lines section, a card labelled Order lines without shipment lists any lines that have not yet been assigned to a shipment. These are typically lines still in picking or processing.
The card works the same as an expanded shipment card — lines are shown as tappable rows — but there is no shipment status badge, no summary chips, and no Shipment Details section.
Warehouse filter
The order detail page includes a warehouse filter. When a warehouse filter is active and no shipment matches the selected warehouse, the order lines section shows:
No shipments match the selected warehouse filters
Clear or change the warehouse filter to see all shipments.
Empty order
If an order has no lines at all, the section shows:
No order lines
