If the RFID printer does not print or tags do not read correctly, work through these steps.
- Confirm the printer is powered on and paired to the device.
- Verify the RFID template settings match the loaded label stock.
- Run an RFID test print to isolate template issues from connectivity issues.
If tags still fail to encode, contact your store manager with the printer model and any error message shown.
