Rent products to customers from the till, then track deposits and returns for the lifetime of the rental.
The Rental section covers renting products out to customers directly from the Home screen, and what happens afterwards. Every rental starts as a normal cart transaction — pick a product, a period, and an available unit — and then continues life as a Project, which staff use to track the rental period, the deposit withheld per item, and the return.
