Projects
Track pieces of work — such as rentals — that move through their own workflow, linked to a customer and an order.
The Projects section lists every project configured for your tenant and lets staff search, filter, and open a project to review it, advance it through its workflow, and manage the customer or partner attached to it. A common example is a rental agreement: a single project ties together a rental period, the rented products and their deposits, and the order used to take payment — moving through its own stages (such as picked up, returned, or cancelled) separately from the order's own status.
