Release highlights
- POS sync reliability — all transactions are now accepted during sync; validation errors are recorded on the entity rather than rejecting the entire batch.
- Access rights — role-based access control introduced in the ISA; multi-user settings remain editable in the app.
- OPOS printer localization — printer settings screen, diagnostics, and cash-drawer strings are now fully localised; improved OPOS runtime-missing diagnostics.
- POS device log viewer — uploaded device logs can now be viewed and downloaded directly from the POS Device page in OMS.
What's new
POS Returns
- A refund confirmation dialog is now shown before the return is processed.
POS Sync & Transactions
- POS sync now accepts all transactions regardless of validation issues. Previously any validation failure caused a 400/409 response, which meant POS devices could lose transactions they could not retry.
- Validation errors (missing fields, sequence gaps, duplicate numbers) are recorded on each transaction entity for investigation rather than rejecting the batch.
- Opening-float race condition fixed — concurrent requests no longer create duplicate opening-float entries.
- Missing
StoreIdfalls back to the tenant ID; missingRegisterIdfalls back toREG-UNKNOWN. Both are flagged on the entity.
Access Rights
- Role-based access rights introduced in the ISA — permissions control which screens and actions are available per user role.
- Multi-user settings remain editable in the ISA for stores running shared devices.
Cart & Payment
- Cart validation UI — major improvements; validation messages are more clearly surfaced to the cashier.
- Cash payment is now allowed when the selected printer is set to "test" or "none".
- Pay by link UI bug fixed — the pay-by-link flow now renders correctly in the cart.
New Customer
- When adding a new customer from POS, the phone number field now includes a country code prefix picker with improved option IDs and general UX polish.
OPOS / Printer Settings
- OPOS runtime-missing diagnostic added — detects and reports missing VC++ runtime with a localised summary, so cashiers get actionable guidance instead of a raw error.
- Printer settings screen localised — all labels, descriptions, and error states are now translated.
- Cash-drawer and sale-block UI strings localised in the ISA.
- Fixed a 'StreamSink is bound to a stream' crash that occurred when a concurrent print and status-poll ran simultaneously.
- Test print now validates codepage (character set) and alignment on-hardware.
- Code review fixes: reactive drawer-disconnect handling and proper terminal controller teardown.
POS Device Logs
- The POS Device page in OMS now shows uploaded device logs and provides a download button. This makes remote diagnostics possible without needing physical access to the device.
- An order discount editor has been added to the cart view.
POS Home
- The returns tile on the POS home screen has been renamed for clarity. Legacy fields removed and auto-re-add behaviour stopped.
Build / CI
- VC++ runtime DLLs are now bundled in the Windows ISA CI artifact, removing the need to install the VC++ redistributable separately on new Windows POS machines.

Known limitations
This is a beta release. The following limitations are known and will be addressed in upcoming builds:
- iOS build — not yet available as a ready-to-install package; build is manual only.
- Previous builds are stored in the
Previous/folder on Google Drive and are not guaranteed to be stable. - Features listed in this release have been tested internally but may behave differently across device configurations and network environments.
